How Pricing Works at Ponce Dental Studio

Not knowing what treatment will cost is one of the most common reasons people put off dental care. We would rather you have the numbers in front of you before anything starts, so you can decide with a clear head and plan your budget around it.

The prices above are starting points for some of our most requested treatments. Your own cost depends on what your exam shows, the materials involved and how many visits the work takes, which is why every patient gets a personal estimate before treatment begins.

Your Estimate, Step by Step

• Exam and consultation. We look at your teeth and gums, talk through your goals and explain the options that make sense for you.
• Written treatment plan. You receive a plan that lists each recommended procedure and its fee, so nothing is bundled or hidden.
• Insurance estimate. If you have dental coverage, we show what we expect your plan to pay and what your share is likely to be.
• Payment options. We go over how you would like to pay before you commit to anything.

There is no pressure to decide on the spot. Take the plan home, compare options and call us with any questions.

How Dental Insurance Affects Your Cost

Dental plans differ a lot. Most cover preventive visits at a higher level than major work such as crowns or implants, and most have a yearly maximum that limits how much the plan will pay. Deductibles and waiting periods can also change what you owe.

Ponce Dental Studio is in network with Delta Dental, Ameritas and Principal. Before treatment, our team checks your benefits and explains how your plan applies to the work you need. For larger procedures, we can ask your insurer for a pre-treatment estimate so you know their decision before we begin. If you have a different plan, call us and we will tell you what to expect.

Financing With CareCredit and Cherry

If you would rather spread the cost over time, we offer financing through CareCredit and Cherry. Both let you pay for treatment in monthly installments. The monthly amounts shown on this page are examples; your actual payment depends on the total cost of your treatment, the plan you choose and approval by the lender. Our team can walk you through the application and help you compare terms.

Much of the work behind your treatment happens in our own office. Our in-house lab and digital impressions mean fewer handoffs to outside labs and fewer remakes, which helps us quote a cost and stick to it.
