What to Expect When You Visit

A lot of people come to us expecting the dental visits they remember: a rushed appointment, a bill they did not see coming and a treatment plan nobody explained. We set up our studio to work the other way, and here is what that looks like from your first call to your follow-up.

Before You Arrive

Cost is often the first worry, so we deal with it early. We publish starting prices for common treatments on our price transparency page, and our team can check your insurance benefits before your appointment so you know what to expect.

Your First Consultation

Your first visit starts with a conversation. We ask what brought you in, what you want for your smile and what has worried you about dental care in the past. Then we do a thorough exam and walk you through what we see, so you understand your own teeth as well as we do.

You leave with a clear plan that covers your options, the reasons for each recommendation and what each step costs. Nothing starts until you understand it and agree to it.

During Treatment

If you get nervous at the dentist, tell us. We will explain each step before we do it, check in with you as we go and take breaks whenever you need them.

Fewer Visits, Less Waiting

Because we make many restorations in our own lab and take impressions digitally, we can often finish work like crowns and veneers in fewer appointments than a practice that sends everything out. After Your Visit

Care does not stop when you leave the chair. We follow up after major treatment, answer questions by phone and plan your next preventive visit with you, so small problems are caught early and your results last.
