Dr. Amita Reddy is a Georgia native who has called the state home for most of her life. She grew up in Rome, GA, and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta, GA.
Throughout her career, Dr. Reddy has remained deeply committed to patient-centered care, with a strong emphasis on co-discovery, patient education, and long-term oral health. She has a particular passion for cosmetic dentistry and appreciates the meaningful impact that a healthy, confident smile can have on a patient’s self-esteem and overall quality of life. Dr. Reddy approaches every patient with empathy, professionalism, and individualized attention, taking the time to understand their unique needs and develop treatment plans tailored to their goals.
Dedicated to lifelong learning and clinical excellence, Dr. Reddy advances her knowledge and skills through continuing education. She has most recently completed her advanced training certification in the use of botulinum toxin (Botox and Xeomin) as well as dermal fillers. She has also completed multiple courses through Spear Academy to further develop her expertise in cosmetic dentistry and smile design. In addition, she has pursued continuing education in splint therapy to provide relief and support for patients experiencing temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain and related conditions.
Dr. Reddy is an active member of both the Georgia Dental Association and the American Dental Association. She is passionate about providing exceptional, comprehensive dental care and remains dedicated to staying at the forefront of modern dental techniques and treatment approaches.
Outside of the office, Dr. Reddy enjoys exploring new restaurants throughout Atlanta, walking in Piedmont Park, taking classes at Corepower Yoga, and spending quality time with family and friends. She is excited to be a part of the Ponce Dental family and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients while helping them achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles.
